Each eroded driftwood piece is meticulously selected, hand rubbed with Rubio Monocoat oil to restore and protect the natural beauty of the wood, which is also an eco-friendly oil-based finish, completely free of VOC material. After the wood is revitalized, outer gaps of the porous natural structure are filled in with recycled polished tin, providing a nice contrast in design elemts and materials. The reclaimed erosion driftwood sculpture is mounted atop either stainless steel or hand forged iron.
