Hans Morsbach of Shima Woodcraft… you have a rich life! I want to live like Hans does! We love his sustainable furniture and want to learn more about his story.
Hans lives on 440 acres in Cazenovia, Wisconsin where he produces beautiful white oak, ash and walnut furniture. Hans gives credit to his Amish neighbors who design and build much of his green furniture line. Hans wrote a book called, “Common Sense Forestry”, available at Amazon.com, which discusses how to manage woodlands and provides strategies for sustainability.

Currey and Company is known for their incredible lighting. Recently, they began to feature furniture into their company’s line. Typically, in my experience, when a company starts a new line from what they do so well, something suffers. This is not the case with Currey’s furniture. It is thoughtfully designed and well executed. There are no black sheep in this family!
